A Journey: the Root of Compassion
Our journey has always been a story of adaptation. From my very first breath, my family’s path has been a tapestry of rapid change—learning to move through a world that wasn't always designed for us. These early years were my first quiet lessons in the art of letting go of an expected path to make space for the one unfolding before us. It taught me that while we cannot always control the shift, we can learn to find our footing within it.
Foundation For Change
While my life was shaped by these shifts, it was the weight of loss—from the passing of my grandfather at an early age to the loss of peers whose stories ended far too soon—that brought clarity to my path. I watched the isolation that grows when mental health struggles are met with silence.
This calling led me into the heart of the hospice, walking beside those in the most delicate moments of crisis and change. Observing these deep impacts firsthand taught me how to provide the safety and clarity needed when the world feels fragmented.
